Cowboy Symposium Trail Ride

 

The Symposium Trail Ride October 07,2010. Cost $125.00 per rider. An all day trail ride through beautiful Lincoln County with The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Posse. Sponsored by The LCSP and The Cowboy Symposium. The price includes coffee and donuts before we hit the trail at 7:30 AM, lunch, a day pass for The Symposium, parking and stalls for trail ride (1 night stay). *Additional stall rental is available at $10.00 per night PER horse. Stalls are covered protection and water. You are responsible for feeding, care and leaving your stall clean. A $40.00 deposit is required for the cleaning fee, of course refundable if you leave your space clean. Regulations for your transport of horses into NM. These requirements have bought to our attention as requirements a horse traveler may need to bring with them. It is YOUR responsibility to check in with your state board and vet to see if any other documents are needed for travel. For sure- Brand inspection or proof of ownership related to the brand on the horse. For sure- a current Coggins test showing negative results. For sure- a current health certificate showing your horse is healthy. A current Pyroplasmosis test or other tests may be required at the time of travel and you must check with the state boards, your state and NM to find out before you travel.

I, _____________ hold harmless the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Posse, The Cowboy Symposium, The Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, and all members associated with the operation of this trail ride from any liabilities, injuries or damages before, during or after The Symposium Trail Ride.

* NO dogs, alcohol, smoking or guns are allowed on the trail ride.

 

Cost is $125.00 per rider. * Additional $40.00 deposit (cleaning fee) only required if staying in stalls, even for 1 night. Deadline to register is the 3rd of October 2010. NO refunds after Oct. 3rd. A partial refund only is refundable after signing up e.g. $80.00 amount refundable till Oct. 2nd.
